"Carol Beyer, dearly loved teacher on the Harbor, wife, mother, and exemplary friend, passed away on February 26, 2020. Her obituary appeared in The Herald (Everett) and The Daily World on March 3rd and 4th. In the interest of safety due to Covid-19, the family has elected to have Carol's Celebration of Life service on-line versus an in-person one. The recorded service will appear on the Aberdeen First Presbyterian Church website live on October 3rd at 1 pm and thereafter at the viewer's convenience. The website address is https://www.aberdeenpres.org/in-memory-of/Carol-Beyer for viewing the service and for leaving your comments, memories, and messages."
Celebration of Life for Carol Beyer
Updated: Nov 16, 2020
Comment from Randy Combs: That was a very nice service for Carol. I think her friend captured her very well. We will always miss her, especially her humor. I wish this could have been in person. I am sure others would have shared a few of her memories. She went to Zoyia's concerts with me all the way to PLU and she drove. I will keep missing her. I hope you are doing well and that this day was not to hard on you. Her Sister sang well and her niece was lovely on the organ.
Wherever you go, God is sending you. Wherever you are, God has put you there; he has a purpose in your being there. Christ, who indwells you, has something he wants to do through you, where you are. Believe this; and go in his love and his grace and his power. Amen (Saved Benediction via Doug Basler)
Dear Bill, Craig and I watched Carol's service and it was lovely. Her sister's song was just amazing , we had no idea her sister had such talent. Of course Carol had so many talents and we learned even more from her service. Thank you for including us. We were truly blessed to be able to get to know Carol and call her a friend. Both your friendships mean a lot to us. We hope you are doing well. How are things going with your house?
Craig and I are doing fine, still in Crescent City and keeping busy with lots of projects. We finally got rain here and for the first time in years we were happy to see…
Comments from John and Leslie O'Brien: will always remember knocking on the door of the newly-painted-red Hoquiam house to shyly ask "what color red is this so I can paint my house the same color?" and being welcomed in by Carol and made her friend for the rest of her life.
Beautiful music.....remembering Carol
Comments from Thirza Krohn: I remember lots of lunches with Carol and my sister, Ruth. Carol was such a good friend to my mother, Leona. She picked her up and took her to visit friends any time she asked. One time she organized a slumber party for her. She was so generous with her time and talents!
